The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.
J.R.R. Tolkien (The Fellowship of the Ring)
How did the boys do with their lessons? Mom put me in swimming lessons at the YMCA when I was 11 but it didn't help. I didn't learn to swim until I was 13 and kept at it until I didn't sink. Well, I didn't sink ALL the way.
They did great for the most part. Brannon did awesome and picked it right up. He was practicing side-breathing by the second week. Joshua would have learned more if he hadn't been fighting Myrna and me the whole time :{
