Sunday was the day for getting lots of pictures of lovely birds:) Here are a few for your enjoyment:
American Robin
A wren of some kind, I believe (?) These guys were tiny, hanging out on the river's edge and had little spots of bright yellow hidden under the tips of their wings at the base of their tails and their shoulders.
A very large Red-tailed Hawk
An assortment of Mallards and American Coots. The female coots were such little lovelies. Beautiful rich brown feathers and so dainty on the water.

We enjoyed a Bald Eagle sitting in a tree with a bunch of Ravens the other day. Boy! Those Ravens sure looked SMALL!
Wow! I bet they did:) We saw bald eagles occasionally when we lived in Albany. We'd see them at the river fishing.
